Coalton Youth Basketball League is a community division of the Cheat Mountain Basketball Leagues. This year 80 children have signed up to play at CES.The preschool- 1st grade division works on fundamental skills. The 2nd and 3rd grade teams begin learning the basis of competitive basketball and play games at home. The 4th and 5th grade teams are part of the Cheat Mountain Traveling Basketball League, and as such, play games against other teams at other schools across the county. The 5th grade also has a team that plays at the Elkins YMCA. In addition, this year the league also features cheerleaders from preschool - 1st grade who cheer at home games for the 4th and 5th grade teams.
